Ashley Rose Lokken promotes the Barbara Lee Family Foundation’s mission to advance women’s representation in American politics by spearheading the foundation’s digital and social media efforts.
Prior to joining the Barbara Lee Political Office, Ashley worked for the Boston-based Public Relations firm, O’Neill and Associates, where she served as a Digital Public Relations Account Executive. In her role at O’Neill and Associates, her focus was on digital advocacy and strategy, website construction, content creation, and podcast production. Ashley was responsible for a multitude of successful social media campaigns for clients across a wide range of sectors. Ashley has held internships at WGBH, the New Hampshire Democratic Party, and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts for former State Representative, now current Mayor of Melrose, Paul Brodeur.
Ashley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in journalism from Emerson College.
